Personal data
The association is responsible for your personal data. It is used to manage memberships, donations and website services. Required form fields are needed to provide the requested service.

Providers and transfers
The association uses Stripe for payments, its email service to send the newsletter and Cloudflare for photographs. Contact the association for information about the countries where your data is processed and safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
To view, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, or limit its use, email harold@capdantibes.org. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent for future use. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
Only cookies needed to remember your language and keep you signed in are used. A timestamp is stored in your browser to count a new visit after thirty minutes away; the site keeps only an anonymous visit total from the time this counter is enabled. No advertising cookies or behavioural analytics tools are installed.
